みなさんの温かい応援メッセージありがとうございます。 今シーズンはチャレンジの年、序盤は厳しいレースになると思いますが皆さんの応援に答えられるように気持ちで頑張りたいと思います。勉強の年ですが落ち着いて走ろうとは思っていません。思いっきり攻めていきたいと思います。↑こんなポスターも作って頂きました。第２戦は日本ＧＰでもあるのでそこで良い流れにしたいです。 ＭｏｔｏＧＰでの経験が浅い分は気持ちで乗り越えていきたいと思います。

Thank you all for your warmest messages. An opening race will be a tough one but I will try my best to not to disappoint my supporters. This year will be a challenging year and there is a lot of work to be done, but I won’t be riding too calm either. I will be as aggressive as always! Above poster has recently been produced  I’m hoping to get the right flow by Round 2, the Japanese GP. My determination to succeed in MotoGP will help me over come my little experience in this new category.

テストを終えて無事にバルセロナに戻りました。最後の公式テストは厳しい内容でした。2日間いろいろと試しましたがなかなか良いバランスを見つけられず苦労しました。もちろん良い部分もあったのですがタイムに繋がってこなかったのでこれからどうしていくか検討しなおしてレースに臨みたいと思っています。なんといってもこの短いテスト期間は正直状況をさらに難しくしてくれています。でもその中でやれるだけのことはやって次のレースウィークの中で良くして行こうと思っています。 頑張ります。

I’ve finished my test and now I’m back in Barcelona. The last official test was tough. We’ve tried many different settings but were very tough to figure out a good balance. Some things went well but I was unable to lead this to achieve a fast lap time. This test in Qatar (which we did not have much time of) has actually made my situation even harder… I need to examine my circumstances and plan my first MotoGP race for a better result.

今朝ジムにいきながら今日は寒いなと思っていたんですが夕方にはこんなに雪が積もっていました。 ここを拠点にして７年目だけども３月なのに雪なんて、しかもバルセロナでこの量の雪は初めて今週は冷え込むようです。カタールテストは来週なので風邪を引かないように気をつけます。レースまであとわずかですが肉体改造進めていきます。

I felt very cold this morning on the way to the gym, and now I know why. In the afternoon, the outside was covered in snow! I have been living here in Barcelona for 7 years, and have never seen this amount of snow, especially in March! Apparently it is going to be a very cold week. The test in Qatar is next week so I must keep away from the cold. I will be getting on with my physical training. Not much time is left for the new season to start…

マレーシアのテストを終えて夜中に移動してバルセロナに戻りました。翌日にはカタルニアサーキットでＦ１のテストがありＲｅｄＢｕｌｌチームのテストを見学に。
公式テストの最終日だったのでマシンを仕上げるのにどこのチームも大変そうでした。パドックではＲｅｄＢｕｌｌのドライバーはもちろんザウバーの可夢偉選手にも会えて貴重な時間になりました。同じレースでも違うカテゴリを見るのは良い刺激になりアドレナリンがでました。自分も最後のテスト気合いを入れていきたいです。

After the test in Malaysia, I got on the night flight to get back to Barcelona. The following day, a test for F1 was held at Catalunya Circuit. I went and visited the Red Bull team. It was the last day for the official test and all the teams seemed very busy trying to set up their machines. It was a valuable time for me to meet with Red Bull drivers as well as Kamui Kobayashi from Team Sauber. Watching the race, but a different category gave me good stimulation and adrenalin! I will be trying my hardest for the last test too!

2回目のセパンテスト終えました。1回目よりも良くなった感じではありますがまだまだやることが沢山あるという状況は変わってないです。テストもあと１度しかないので早く良いベースをみつけたい、しかし、テスト制限はステップアップ組にはとても厳しい。とは言え次のテストはカタールですレースに向けてどこまで詰めていけるか大事なテストになります。良いコンディションで臨めるように準備していきます。

I’ve just finished my second test in Sepang. It felt a bit better than the first test but the situation remains the same as there is still a lot of work to be done. I would like to find the good base setting, however a test restriction is very severe for some of us as we have just stepped up into this new category. The next test is in Qatar. This session will be very important to see how much we can take in for the upcoming race. I need to be prepared so I can face the race in good condition.
