皆さん今晩は、日本ＧＰ残念なことにアイスランドの火山噴火の影響で延期になってしまいました。カタールのレース後すぐに日本に帰国して、毎日いろいろなイベント活動をしていたのですが、急にレースがなくなってガッカリしてしまいました。でも気を取り直して１０月に向けて頑張ろうと思います。母国ＧＰまで時間が出来て逆に良かったのかもしれないです。
その後もレースはなくなったものの延期によるいろいろな対応に追われてバタバタと時間が過ぎてしまいました。フライトも不安があったので移動日を少し早めて昨日バルセロナに無事着きました。聞いていたより意外にフライトは順調でした。空も火山灰などでグレーなのかなと思っていたら全く普通で、少し夕日が強い赤色ではありますが昼間はきれいなブルースカイでした天気もすごく良かったです。日本ではあんなに寒かったのに、こっちでは海に入っている人たちがちらほらと、ここは夏？？ そんな中、軽く運動もしてリフレッシュ。少しでもコンディションを上げて今週はへレスＧＰに入りたいと思います。


予想に反して青空でした。そのままへレスも晴れますように。

Good evening everyone. Unfortunately the Japanese GP has been postponed because of the Iceland volcano eruption. I’ve been busy in action (had many events to attend) since I’ve been back in Japan. I was a little depressed when I heard the news, but now I’m locked in with the race in October. Maybe this was a good thing for me as now I have more time to work on until my home GP.
The race was cancelled but the time passed quickly as we had a lot to re-schedule.
My flight schedule was brought forward and now I’m back in Barcelona. The flight was quite good compared to what I have heard. I was assuming that the skies would be grey from the ashes but no problems at all. What I saw was a beautiful blue sky. The sunset seemed a little darker than a usual but it was a perfect weather. It was so clod in Japan but it feels like summer over here now.
I even saw some people in the water at the beach. I refreshed myself with some exercise. I need to be in a better condition for the Jerez GP.

初戦終えました。　初日からウェークを通して徐々にタイムアップしていきましたが決勝ではスタートでシグナルを待っている間にクラッチが繋がってしまい、止まった瞬間にスタートしたので大きく遅れてしまいました。大失敗です。　一番後ろまで下がりましたがそこからは自分のペースを刻みながらポジションを上げていきました。序盤のタイヤのグリップの美味しいタイミングでパスをしなければならなかったのがもったいなかったですが前が開けた時にタイムを伸ばし数秒先にいたカピロッシの後ろまで追い上げ、最後２Ｌで勝負どころをさぐって狙っていたのですが彼も分かっていたかのようにラインを潰してきてパスできず１０位のままでゴールしました。
デビュー戦で１０位今の状況のなかではやれること全てを出しての結果です。大事なのはここからどう伸ばしていけるか、次の茂木ではどれだけ詰められるか楽しみです。

今日本に帰国したところですが今週はすでにいろいろな予定が入っています。その中の１つは今週の鈴鹿２＆４です。２輪４輪とどんなレースになるか楽しみです。会場ではいろいろなイベントが予定されているのでチェックしてみてください。

Round one has finished. My lap time was gradually getting better throughout the week but I made the biggest mistake at the start... The bike stopped just before the lights turned green…I was so behind because of my terrible start which dropped me to the last in position. After that I managed to proceed at my own pace and over took some other riders. It was a pity I was unable to overtake at the start; while the grips were still in good condition on my tyres. I caught up with Capirossi who was a few seconds ahead of me, and was planning on passing him in the last couple of laps; but he seemed like he knew that I was coming behind as my line was taken by him. I finished 10th.
The 10th for my debut race in MotoGP was a result of all the efforts I’ve put in. The most important thing is how I can improve my result. I’m looking forward to seeing my self in better position for the next round at Motegi.

I am already back in Japan but I have been heavily scheduled. One of my schedules is the 2 and 4 at Suzuka. I can’t wait to see the both 2 wheels and 4 wheels races. A lot of events are happening at Suzuka so check out the website.
