世界2輪ロードレース選手権ＭｏｔｏＧＰ 参戦中

へレスの事後テストでもまずまずの感触を掴んでいたので初日から期待して臨みました。しかし、前回と違うコースレイアウトからか全く違うマシンの感触に苦しんで１６番手、２日目の午後には改善方向に向かいましたが１４番手で満足のいくセットまではまとまらずレースも厳しいレースをしいられました。路面温度が上がりタイヤに厳しい状況で転倒者が多かったレースですが中盤から８位争いのグループのなかで走行し、前にでる場所を探ってプッシュしていたのですがラスト６Ｌのシケイン進入でフロントを流してしまい、転倒は避けましたがそこで遅れをとり、再度追い上げましたが１１位でのゴールになりました。悔しいですが攻めての結果これもレースだと思います。
次のムジェロは現状からワンステップ出来るように頑張りたいです。

After the test at Jerez I was confident with the feel of the bike, therefore I was hoping for a good out come for this round. Although, the layout of the circuit is very different from the previous round and I was struggling with a completely different feel of the machine.　
I was suffering from the different set up and was 16th. On the second day, we’ve decided to improve and change the setting but unfortunately we were not able to achieve any satisfaction. I qualified 14th. The ground temperature was rising and it was very harsh on the tyres, which caused many riders to crash. I was in the group battling for the 8th position, while pushing my self as well as looking for the right place to over take. Six laps to go and my front slipped at the start of the chicane. I was lucky enough not to crash but lost my position, however I managed to catch up with some and finished 11th. It is very regrettable but this is a result of pushing hard, and this is what racing is….
I would like to improve from the present condition for my next race in Mugello.

日曜日はバルセロナから120kmほど離れたBellpuigという町でＭＸの世界選手権が行われＭＸを初観戦してきました。Ｍｘをトレーニングで乗る僕にとっては、なんでみんなあんなに速く走れるかレースを見て痺れました。あのコーナーのテクニックやジャンプのテクニックすごい。まるでパチンコ玉のようにギャップの上を走っていく選手達のテクニックと体力に感激しました。朝からあっという間の１日でしたが、昨年ミザノＧＰで僕のピットに来てくれたトニーカイロリ選手にも会うことができたので良かったです。彼は今年から３５０ｃｃに乗っているんです。周りはみんな４５０ｃｃなのに。。やっぱりコースによってはパワーよりハンドリングとか取り回しが重要になるんですね。
ＭＸ１、１ヒート目はＫＴＭのナーゲル選手が勝って２ヒート目はＨｏｎｄａのレオク選手が勝ちました。　今後のチャンピオンシップが楽しみです。ちなみに僕が昔好きだった選手はフランス人のピションです。
今週はそのフランスＧＰです。ルマンの天気と空港状況が心配ですが、今日は手首も抜糸したし全力で頑張ります。


FIM Motocross World Championship was held on Sunday at Bellpuig, which is about 120km away from Barcelona. It was the first time for me to watch on live. I only ride MX for training and I was shocked to see them all go so fast! Their corner techniques and jumping techniques were amazing! They reminded me of a pachinko-ball (Japanese pin-ball machine), fitting through in between each others in the air. I was very impressed by their techniques and their physical strength!
I was lucky I got to catch up with Tony Cairoli who I met last year in my pit at Misano GP. He is riding a 350cc this year but the other riders are riding the 450cc… I guess the handling is more important than the power depending on which track you are on. Race1 for MX1 was won by a KTM rider Nagl. Race 2 was won by a Honda rider Leok. I will be looking forward to the upcoming races.
Just to let you know, I used to like the French rider Pichon!
And yes the next round coming up is the French GP.
I am a little concerned about the airport conditions and also the weather at Le Mans, but since I got the stitches out of my wrist today, I will be putting my maximum power in to the next race.

皆さんメッセージありがとうございます。もう知っていると思いますがへレス後にバルセロナで手首の手術をすませました。今は５日が経って少しずつ動かし出したところです。今まで大きな問題はなかったのですが、今年になって症状が顕著になったのでこのタイミングで思い切って手術をしました。３週間開いているのでここで出来て良かったと思います。
先日の週末はスポンサーのイベントがありマシンと共にサッカーの試合に参加してきました。手術後にサイン会やピッチでチームと一緒記念撮影などいろいろと大変でしたが面白いイベントになりました。試合もエスパニョールが２−１で勝ったのでとても良かったです。

Thank you all for your messages. I guess you already know but after Jerez I went under surgery for my wrist. It’s been 5 days now since my operation and I’m starting to move it around. I haven’t had a big problem with it before but I started to feel uncomfortable and decided to go under surgery while I had 3 weeks off between the races.
Last weekend I attended an event organised by my sponsor. I went to a soccer match not by my self but together with my bike.
An autograph session (which was a bit of a trial for my wrist) and a group photography session were held and it turned out to be a fun day.
Espanyol won by 2-1 so that was another great part of the day.

日本ＧＰが延期になりヨーロッパラウンドがへレスから開幕。ここからはテストなしのサーキットそしてヨーロッパのライダーの地元になるので厳しいのは覚悟していましたが予選はなんとかまとめて１２番手、決勝は開幕戦のようにスタートで失敗しないことに慎重になり過ぎてしまいクラッチ―ミートはスムーズに行ったものの結果スピードが乗らず出遅れ、その後１周目の集団の中でバルべラとの接触を避けるためにコースアウトをしてしまい、単独でのレースになってしまいました。スピードの出ている所だったのでセーフティーゾーンの最後でギリギリで旋回をしてコース復帰しましたが最後尾からのレースになり最終的には１４位でゴールしました。周りとレースをしてレース勘を掴みたかったのにそれが出来なかったことがとても残念でした。　悔しいですが次のレースではその気持ちをぶつけたいと思います。
ここから次のレースまでは２週間半あるので少しでも良い状態でレースに臨めるように準備したいと思います。

Japanese GP has been postponed and Jerez was the opening circuit for the European rounds. There will be no tests held for the following circuits, and also it will be a home GP for the European riders.
I knew it was going to be a tough one and I was ready for it. I qualified 12th. I was being too careful to not to make the same mistake at the start (like the previous round). Clutch-meet was smooth enough but unfortunately resulted with poor speed. In the first lap, I tried to dodge Barbera and went out of the course. I was going at high speed and went right out on the edge of the safety zone, but managed to turn back onto the track again. I was riding alone after that… I was the last of the group but finished 14th. It was disappointing as I was unable to race with the others and be in the part of the group…
I will put my mortifying feeling towards my next race to do better. We have 2 and half weeks off till the next round.
I will be preparing my self to be in good condition for my next round.
