マレーシアのテストを終えて夜中に移動してバルセロナに戻りました。翌日にはカタルニアサーキットでＦ１のテストがありＲｅｄＢｕｌｌチームのテストを見学に。

ここまで応援席のニュースを載せていませんでしたが後援会から詳細が発表されました。今年も日本ＧＰで応援席を設けてもらいます。 詳しい内容はインフォメーションにも近日中に記載したいと思います。是非チェックしてみてください。応援席だけの得点グッズなどもあるようです。。今年も皆さんの応援宜しくお願いします。
そして、もう１つのニュースがあります。今までの活動を是非皆さんにも見てほしいと思い６年間のＧＰ生活をまとめた青山博一個人の写真集を制作しています。自分で撮影したレアな写真も入っています。発売予定は４月です。

Nothing was mentioned in the past about the “Aoyama Stand” for the Japanese GP 2010, but the team of Supporters Association has just announced the great news. They have arranged a section of the Grand Stand for us brothers again. More information will be updated very soon so please check it out. I’ve heard that there will be special goods available for those in the seats. I have one more news. I wanted to share my 6 years of my World GP career with everyone and I am in the middle of producing a book (a photography collection) of my self. I will be including some rare photos taken by my self too! Publication is scheduled in April so look out! セパンテスト行ってきました。今年の初テストだったのですが調子良く始まったかというとそうでもなかった、順位もいまひとつでした。　今回は今年乗る新しいマシンをシェイクダウンしてきました。まだまだ基本のセットが出ていないので気持ちよく乗れなかったのが残念でしたが、ここから仕上げていくのが仕事だと思っています。　次は２週間後にテストなので自分もマシンも次に向けて新たな準備です。

I’ve been at Sepang for a test. It was my first ride/test for this year on my new bike. I can’t say it was the best start, and my ranking was not so good either… It was unfortunate that I still didn’t have the base setting for my bike and I could not perform the way I wanted to… but this is my job to get it right. The other day an autograph session was offered by “UPC RIDE ON” in Ueno, Tokyo. Many people were lined up and thank you to all those who attended.
Since then I moved back to Europe and have been here for a week now. It is very cold here in Barcelona. I managed to stay in Japan for a month and a half and I think it is going to take time for me to adjust back to the usual environment here in Spain.
I am getting ready for the tests to start in February.

先日は上野の「ＵＰＣ　ＲＩＤＥ　ＯＮ」さんでサイン会を行わせてもらい、沢山の方々に来て頂きましたありがとうございました。あれからすぐにヨーロッパに移動してきてもう1週間がたちますがこちらも寒いです。1ヵ月半も日本に居られたのでいつものこっちの習慣にもどるのにしばし時間が掛かりそうです。

明けましておめでとうございます。
今シーズンはＭＯＴＯＧＰにステップアップしてのチャレンジの年、バイク、チームすべてが新しい中でいろいろなことを模索しながらの年になるかもしれませんが、4月の日本ＧＰで良い流れをつかめるように2月から始まるテストでしっかり新しいバイクに馴染んでいきたいです。
全身全霊で頑張っていきたいと思います皆さんの応援宜しくお願い致します。

This season will be a challenging year for me stepping up to a MOTO GP class.
The bikes, the team and everything are new to me and I want to adjust as soon as I can. The tests will start from February and I am keen to get used to my new bike and be ready to have the right flow for the Japanese GP in April.

先日の後援会の祝賀会では、沢山の方々に祝って頂いてとても嬉しかったです。皆さんと会えて楽しい時間を過ごせました。その他にも、市民栄誉賞などさまざまな賞を頂いて嬉しいばかりです。
そして、今週はマレーシアで３日間のテストをしてきました。向こうは気温３０℃の夏でした。。今までずっと取材やインタビューの仕事で忙しくしていたためにトレーニングもびっちりは出来ていなかったので心配だったのですが、意外に走ってみるとすんなり走ることが出来てほっとしました。
今回からは前後のブレーキを来年使用するNISSIN製に変更してのテストでしたが、始めから良い感触で走り出せて毎日少しずつタイムも上げることができて、チームもスタッフも新しいチームの僕たちにとっては大きな意味のあるテストになったとおもいます。

11月24日に帰国したのですが、帰国してからいろいろなことがあってあっという間に時間がすぎていっています。帰国の空港ではファンの方々に出迎えて頂き嬉しかったです。そこまで応援してもらえるなんて幸せ物です。ありがとうございました。しかも帰りの車はハマーのリムジンでビックリ粋な出迎えでした。その後もホンダ本社で記者会見やＲｅｄＢｕｌｌに祝勝パーティーを行ってもらうなど、多忙の中、協力して頂いた皆さんに感謝するばかりです。

My update on my blog has been very slow due to many happy interviews I had to attend after winning the Championship.The last race in Valencia was unexpected in many ways, but I managed to finish 7th and secured the world title for 2009.
I assume everyone would have thought I’d be struggling to compete in the top group for this season, especially after KTM deciding to withdraw from the championship last year.However, there were ups and downs but the team and staff always worked as ONE for every race, and worked very hard for me to supply me with the best machine for the finals.Their outstanding work always gave me the power and motivation, which I believe lead me to achieve a successful WGP career.
A lot have happened in the past, not only this season but including all the rest of my career years.I know I couldn’t have done this without all your help and support.Thank you so much to Scot Racing Team, Staff, Sponsors, HONDA, DORNA, My family, and all the people who have supported me.
I could not have done it without you and appreciate it very much.
My goal and my next challenge of MotoGP are waiting ahead of me.

チャンピオン獲得後、取材などの嬉しいバタバタでブログの更新が遅くなってしまいました。
最終戦バレンシアのレースはものすごく波乱のレースとなりましたが無事に７位でゴールをして2009年度の年間チャンピオンを獲得しました。
今シーズンは昨年のＫＴＭ撤退から始まり、その体制から誰もチャンピオン争いが出来るとは思っていなかったシーズンだったと思います。しかし、チームは１つになって毎戦戦い、良い時もそうでない時もチームとスタッフは夜まで作業をしてかならず決勝に一番良い状態のマシンを用意してくれました。
その仕事が、僕にモチベーションと力を与え、だからこそチャンピオンシップを優位に戦えたんだと思っています。
今シーズンだけでなく、今までいろいろなことがあり、いろいろな方々にお世話になってきました。
その１つ１つがなければここまでたどりつくことはできなったでしょう。　僕を支えてくれたScot Racing Team、スタッフ、スポンサー、HONDA、DORNA、家族、僕の周りのすべ手の人達に感謝をしています。
そして皆さんの熱い応援ありがとうございました。
これからは、僕のもう１つの目標であるMotoGPの挑戦が始まります。
